UV Sterilizing Systems
UV Sterilizers disinfects water by ultraviolet radiation at a wavelength of 254nm. In particular, UV-C deactivates and/or destroys the DNA of viruses and bacteria, rendering them ineffective and not harmful to human health, which is the case with other methods of chemical disinfection (e.g. chlorine, ozone, etc.). Not all organisms respond in the same way if placed under ultraviolet radiation, some become inactive with relatively low doses while others need higher rates to obtain the desired inactivation. The proper use of UV Sterilizers helps to eliminate over 99% of the microbial load in the water, a whole range is available with many dose rate for any application.

A series of chamber for many flow rate and number of lamps completes the series of UV Sterilizers with a common feature of quality and attention in construction details. Starting with a flow rates demand from 1 GPM up to more than 500 GPM. All the chamber manufactured in stainless steel 316 and are equipped with IN/OUT threaded/flanged connections. A rated dose of 40,000 µws/cm2 – UVT 95% is guaranteed, and a working pressure of 9 bar is rated.
